Each one provides its own range of diagnostic services, consultations and treatments. This means that you and your general practitioner (GP) can arrange various types of examinations such as MRI, X-ray or echography quickly and easily. Please make sure to include your telephone number, the location where you would like to have an appointment and the reason.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Referral note for appointment<\/h3>\n<p>You need a referral note from your general practitioner\/physician before you can make an appointment with us. DC Klinieken will unfortunately be unable to provide the required health care without this referral note. You also need this referral to be able to claim the costs from the health insurance.
